Yes Care Australia is looking for an experienced office cleaners and Public area cleaners to join its team.

Our client is based in the CBD. Be a part of our growing team to gain your experience and knowledge to work and expose your talent within 3 or 4 star hotel.

**The Role**
- Extensive experience of cleaning and upkeep of office premises and property
- Familiarity with working varied shift-timings, including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to communicate with clients in a polite tone and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage and finish all given tasks in dirty and adverse work environment, on time
- Washing, sanitizing, and cleaning all rest rooms and kitchen areas in the office
- Vacuum and mop room floors, corridors and staircases
- Dust, wipe, and polish furniture, partitions, and fixtures, properly
- Clean out waste bins and dispose off all trash to disposal site
- Interpret and comply with all safety guidelines and personnel rules
- Inspect and clean office lobby, escalators, and entrance area
- Vacuum floor carpets and removed stains from glass panels
- Dust and wipe office furniture and counter tops, as required
- Clean and disinfect toilets and stocked bathroom supplies
- Gather and remove dirt and trash to designated disposal site
- Complete all cleaning tasks as per established safety procedures, and adhere to company uniform policies
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets and make sure that they are dried out before the day begins
- Wipe down desks and chairs and make sure that stubborn smears are removed using appropriate cleaning materials
- Clean and wash down windows and ensure that they are adequately dried
- Properly clean and maintain the office kitchen and equipment
- Replenish towels, soap, and toilet paper in bathrooms regularly
- Wipe down walls, doors, and wall hangings using appropriate types of cleaners and cloth.
- Replace light bulbs and identify maintenance issues
- Properly clean all the areas around the office, such as walkways and parking lots.
- Lock the office properly at the end of the day
- Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
- Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
- May be required to shop for cleaning supplies as needed
- May be required to stock Kitchen and Board Room supplies as needed
- Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
