**About You**

To be successful in the role you will:

- A qualification at AQF5 (or above) and relevant experience in LLND area

**Note: successful applicants coming in under this qualification level must complete Adult Literacy and Numeracy Teaching (ALaNT) + TAELLN skillset (TAESS00026 or predecessor) within 18 months of engagement**

**OR**

Hold a recognised Bachelor degree (AQF7) in education, with an LLND focus

**OR**

A recognised postgraduate qualification (AQF8 or higher) in LLND

3. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
