Showroom Manager

An exciting opportunity has opened up at GlimpseOz - we are on the hunt for a Showroom Manager to join our incredible team ⁠

Whether they’re building brand new or working on a renovation, we love assisting them with their selections, and guiding them through the process step-by-step. We are a young, innovative team who have grown exponentially over the past 7 years and couldn’t be prouder of where we are today.⁠

The role of Showroom Manager will involve:

- Managing our showroom consultants team
- General upkeep of showroom displays and brochures.
- Working with clients in the showroom and assisting with selections
- Product knowledge of showroom and displays
- Quoting and estimating off house plans
- Various admin and office tasks

Skills and attributes required:

- Must have industry experience or managerial experience
- Must be willing to work some Saturday’s on a roster basis
- Experience in client/builder selections, preferred but not essential
- A leader who can delegate and support their team
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Great organisational skills are essential
- Must be a great communicator and listener
- Intermediate level of computer skills
- Must have keen eye for current trends
- Must be creative and have a great attention to detail
