**Pay Rate**
- Pay rate will determined based of experience in the industry but will range from $24.50-$38.50.
- Overtime will be paid at 1.5X normal rate after 8 hours, 2X normal rate after 10 hours.
- Weekend overtime is 1.5X normal rate for the first two hours on a Saturday (and weekday nightshifts from 8PM) and then 2X normal rate for the the rest of the weekend.
**Role Description**
- Operate line marking equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
- Prepare surfaces for marking, including cleaning and priming as necessary.
- Measure and layout markings according to project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with clients as needed.
- Travel to various job sites, including locations in NSW, SA, and TAS, when required.
- Driving to and from sites across Melbourne.
**Requirements**:
- Must hold a driving license.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Flexibility in your schedule in winter months.
- Occasional weekend work may be required.
- Previous line marking experience is desired but not required on job training can be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,960.00 - $80,000.00 per year
