**The Role**:
Our client, one of Melbourne's leading precast panel yards with over 30 years' experience and expertise in the industry, is currently looking for their next experienced Precast Concreter to join the team due to taking on large amounts of work.

As a Precast Concreter you will be helping with concrete pours, starting with getting the wet concrete into formwork moulds, before then screeding the concrete to a smooth finish. You will also be expected to tie steel before the pour, and aid with the break down of formwork once the panels are set.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Aiding with concrete pours
- Screeding concrete to a smooth, professional finish
- Tying steel reo bars in preparation for the concrete pour
- Breaking down formwork moulds once the panels are set
- Adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Effective reporting of any issues relating to company OHS & QA policies

**About you**:

- Experienced Precast Concreter - **MUST HAVE WORKED IN A PRECAST YARD ENVIRONMENT**:

- Able to pour and screed concrete, as well as tie steel
- Happy to jump in and help with other areas of the yard when required
- Driven and motivated
- Safety conscious
- A problem solver with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communicator
- Work well within a team environment
- Punctual and reliable
- **Must have **full** working rights in Australia**
