We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands on **Duty Manager** to join our leadership team on a full-time basis.

**About the Role**

As a Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Club, ensuring our high standards of service, safety, and compliance are upheld. You’ll be a visible leader on the floor, supporting and guiding staff, responding to patron needs, and working closely with senior management to deliver seamless operations across all areas of the Club.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Club.
- Direct and manage team members duties and performance.
- Monitor and manage service delivery, compliance, and incident response inclusive of team members, patrons & contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Club policies and relevant legislation at all times.
- Handle patron enquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with professionalism
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting
- Liaise with senior management to execute operational initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in a management role in hospitality or licensed venues
- Current NSW RSA & ARCG accreditation
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Sound knowledge of club operations, customer service, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with calm and confidence
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
