**The role**
- **Snooze**_**, ** in the _**Mile End Home centre**_ is seeking a Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Assistant to operate the store motor vehicles in order to conduct customer deliveries and assemblies. The position is an important customer facing role in the Snooze product supply chain.

The successful applicant will have the **following skills and attributes**:

- A car license is required, (GSM less than 4.5 tonne) with a safe driving history;
- A courteous manner toward customers;
- A good fitness level with an ability for manual handling often heavy, bulky goods;
- The ability to assemble bed frames and furniture;
- The ability to load and unload goods from trucks;
- Sound IT /systems skills are required to assist with stock management. Customer service experience is advantageous.

The role involves general warehouse assistance in order to operate the store warehouses & logistics. With natural overlap into the retail store operation, Snooze values genuine team players for a positive, successful team operation

This Role is _**Full
- Time **_with opportunity for exposure to a busy retail operation. Weekend (Saturday work) is required._

**Salary**: $24.08 - $25.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Motor vehicle Driving: 2 years (preferred)
- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Australian driver's licence (required)
