**The Opportunity**:

- You will join the Store Manager and assist in leading a team of 10-20 team members, this will including inducting new team members, ongoing training for existing and overall creating a positive work culture.
- You will be heavily involved in helping the store achieve their targets by handing on with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
- You will ensure the store is always looking 11/10 for customers, ensuring cleanliness and adhering to visual merchandising standards.

**What we're looking for**:

- You will have previous experience working in Assistant Store Manager Retail/Hospitality positions or higher DFO or high volume experience high favourable.
- You will have a customer centric mindset and ensure you are leading from the front - developing strong connections with our customers to create memorable experiences
- You will have prior knowledge in team management and being able to build a strong, cooperative team.
