Talent Blueprint is a boutique and innovative recruitment consultancy specialising in the engineering and construction industries. Celebrating over 9 years in operation, we have built a network of long-standing clients who work with us in partnership.

**The Opportunity**:
Due to positive growth, we are looking to welcome an entry-level

**The Day-to-Day**:
A big part of your role will be to engage with people both over the phone and in person. If talking on the phone is not your thing, recruitment might not be ideal for you.
- Ad writing and content generation.
- Reference checking.
- Social media marketing.
- Curating business proposals.

**About You**:
We are looking to welcome a proactive, well-spoken individual to join our team on a full time basis. If you have a background in customer service, or think you have what it takes to be a top-notch recruiter, we encourage you to apply
- Natural ability to connect with people.
- Currently studying or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not essential).
- You have a proactive mindset and are always looking for ways to improve.
- You are persistent, resilient, and motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (i.e. sales, retail, admin/reception). Recruitment experience is not necessary
