Our head office is centrally located at Acacia Ridge and this is where you will be working from whilst on admin, whilst on the floor you will work at our Oxley site.

Work with the Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the site
- including administrative tasks
- Develop person-centred plans as required
- Consult with specialist staff on positive behaviour support plans
- Have understanding of restrictive practices/ positive behaviour support plans or willingness to learn
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to all support staff by creating a team culture that thrives on communication, collaboration and continuous improvement including staff training and skill development.
- Build on and establish positive relationships with new and current families and or stakeholders
- Work with the Service Coordinator and other Support Workers to support clients attending the Leisure and Lifeskills Day Service.
- This may include:

- Facilitating /resourcing activities
- Assisting with meals or personal care, if required
- Working one-on-one or in groups
- Coordinating outings
- Assisting with rostering when needed
- Attend Expos and open days as required
- Outside hours on call as needed. This is fairly shared between the whole coordinator and team leader team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour
