About the role
**As our Front End Development Lead you'll also**:
Lead and mentor the Front-End Development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering, Agile, and SDLC.
Facilitate technical grooming, code reviews, and solution design to ensure scalable and efficient software solutions
Skills & Experience
Proven background developing front-end solutions with at least 10+ years experience.
Expertise in.NET Core, React, and cloud-based technologies like Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies.
Solid background in UI/UX design and integrating complex systems
