Requisition ID: 37502- Job Location(s): Huntingwood, AUDanfoss is looking for a Workshop Hydraulic Technician to join our diverse team in Huntingwood, Sydney.

In this position you will be responsible for the Assembly, Conversion, Overhaul, and testing of components ensuring all work is carried out to a high-quality standard and in a safe and timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Assemble Hydraulic and Mechanical components according to internal Processes and Procedures.
- Carry out Testing and Reporting of work Performed.
- Ensure all production builds are produced on time and meet customer expectations.
- Operation of workshop equipment such as Power tools, Drills, Lathes etc.
- Ensure all job file documentation is maintained and processed in a timely manner.
- Comply with ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Comply with Health and Safety Policies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment conducive to safe & best practice Compliance with the Environmental Protection Act and licensing requirements.
- Arrange service and repair estimates where applicable in a timely manner.

**Background & Skills**:

- Qualification in Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or working experience within a hydraulics or mechanical work environment.
- Previous experience in Hydraulic component repair highly regarded.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and in team environment.
- High attention to detail.
