Brisbane Veterinary Specialist Centre seek a **Client Service** **Officer** **to join a team of caring professionals, dedicated to pets’ health and wellbeing.

**Brisbane Veterinary Specialist **Centre** **(BVSC)** is much more than just a purpose built, state of the art veterinary facility providing outstanding modern medical and surgical equipment in Albany Creek on Brisbane's north side. - Client enquiries, directing calls, taking and relaying messages accurately
- Greeting owners and their pets (first impression)
- Booking and coordinating appointments - face-to-face or on the telephone
- Recording detailed owner and patient information into our EzyVet system
- Communicating our diverse services, expertise and fee structure
- Invoicing and payment via EFTPOS
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning files, photocopying, ordering of stationery
- Maintaining an efficient and professional reception area
- Assist with BVSC marketing activities

Given the complex and diverse nature of our services, our preference is that you have previously worked in the medical field (human or animal). A thorough training program will be provided.

This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) with various shift options for our four Client Service Officers to ensure we cover early morning arrivals and evening discharges.
