We are currently looking for a **full-time Picture Framer** or **Framing Studio Manager** to join our friendly and experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about craftsmanship and art preservation to build a long-term career in a thriving industry.

**Working Hours**
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Morning and afternoon tea breaks (15 minutes each)
- 30-minute lunch break
- Weekends off
- 4 weeks of paid annual leave (1 week over Easter, 3 weeks over Christmas)

**Location**
Annandale, NSW - easy access and on-site parking available
- Precision picture frame construction and gallery/museum-grade art conservation framing
- Hands-on manual work involving fine craftsmanship
- Use of woodworking tools and computerised cutting machinery

**What We’re Looking For**
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented individual
- Strong hands-on skills, efficient, and highly organised
- Team player with a calm and proactive attitude
- Passion for the art framing and conservation industry
- Willingness to learn and grow within the profession
- Prior experience with woodworking tools or CNC machines is a plus
- Carpentry background or fluency in English/Cantonese/Chinese is advantageous

**Salary & Benefits**
- **Picture Framer**: $56,000-$75,000 per year (package), plus super, Annual and sick leave. Overtime paid separately.
- **Studio Manager**: $100,000+ (package)
- 3 to 6 months of training and probation, depending on experience and learning ability

Pay: $24.95 - $43.33 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
