**The role**:
This role is permanent and full-time with some flexibility for working from home in between service times. You will start off with a 5-week induction program to set you up for success, with incredible support from a Mentor, and Regional Manager.

This service is supported by a dedicated leadership team, including a Program Manager, Director of Service, and 2IC. You'll have plenty of support as you step into the role of Second Director of Service, leading either our Junior or Senior session.

**Service Hours**:
Before School Care: 6:00am - 9:00am
After School Care: 2:00pm - 6:30pm
Plus admin hours

- Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if you’re talking with a child, their parent, one of your team or the school Principal

- Have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children
- You are energetic, and enthusiastic and love to have FUN
