**Client Overview**

A well-known Australian brand that has been making waves within the Residential Lending industry. Due to their ongoing success, our client is looking for a Mortgage Broker Manager to use their past experience, to lead a successful team of junior brokers through hands-on coaching and mentorship.

**Role Overview**
- Coach performance, business planning and business development to junior brokers
- Provide necessary coaching and feedback to continually develop the skill level and
- performance
- Work with L&D to deliver effective induction and sales skills development programs
- Coordinate and attend Sales events (Regional and State specific)
- Contribute to and implement initiatives / projects / sales process improvements
- General adhoc and reporting tasks related to Broker performance and profitability

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 5 + years' experience within Residential Lending or Mortgage Broking
- Experience leading or managing teams to support success
- Strong knowledge of residential property finance and credit
- Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal
