The Role
We are currently searching for a passionate and motivated Junior Sales Assistant to join the team at
our Byron Bay Flagship Store in the Habitat Precinct. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be
responsible for overseeing the store on Sundays. We are seeking an individual who is confident and
passionate about customer service. You will have an exceptional eye for detail, and be interested in
gaining product knowledge to become familiar with our brand and product, in order to provide
customers with a professional and thoughtful experience as they shop for the perfect seaside
essentials.
Core Responsibilities
Customer care both in-store and online
Assisting and greeting customers
Maintaining the display and cleanliness of the store
Replenishing shop stock
Daily open and close procedures
Skills and experience
A positive and professional attitude
Excellent communication skills
A genuine passion for interacting with customers
Excellent attention to detail
Be presentable, punctual and personable
Efficient and fast-paced
Able to perform light-medium physical duties
Able to manage time well and multi-task
