**About the Role**:
As an HR Officer at Liebherr, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring our team thrives and our business objectives are met.
Based in Mt Thorley, you will collaborate with various departments, providing essential HR support and driving initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
**Skills and Duties**:
- Provide timely and effective administrative services including reporting, employment contracts and invoicing
- Assist the HR Business Partner with advertising, screening, assessments, interviews, and
reference checks
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with the induction team
- Assist in organising training sessions and seminars at the branch
- Cultivate strong and effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication and service delivery
- Support implementation and administration of apprentices
**Essential Requirements**:
- Qualifications in Business Admin/HR /VET/RTO
or 2+ years relevant experience
