Our Events and Conferences team are seeking hospitality enthusiasts with dedication to creating memorable experiences for all guests.

We currently have **Casual Waitperson and Bar Attendant roles** available that require the flexibility to work during weekdays and weekends.

**The intake for these roles will be on the 4th of August 2025.**

The base pay rate for the **Waitperson role is $40.25 per hour and Bar Attendant role is $41.54 per hour**_(additional weekend penalties added to this rate)._

In this role, you will provide fine dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- ** Able to commit to shifts on a Friday and Saturday plus at least one weekday (additional shifts may be offered)**:

- Bar Attendant role requires previous Bar experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and potentially work long hours
- Willingness to adhere to grooming standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a service focus
