**About the team**:
You’d be joining the Technology Transformation crew - an amazing collection of delivery experts, change agents, and strategists, working together to enable the transition to Agile ways of working at Coles.

You will be a valued member of our Agile Coaching group, where we facilitate the transformation of squads, crews, domains, portfolio and organisation level from prioritisation to execution.

**About the role**:
Coles is looking for multiple Agile Coaches to join us on our journey. As an Agile Coach, you will have a demonstrable record of guiding, developing and coaching a range of teams with agile. You will model the Agile values, principles and practices across the Coles Group. You will be actively coaching and developing Coles team members on how to implement and sustain the Agile principles and practices.

A week in the life looks something like this:

- Developing relationships with teams and programs of work to consult and coach
- Establishing goals and working cadence with those you are coaching to define a path of accountability to success
- Classroom/online teaching to connect folks with new ideas and build their confidence in new ways of working
- Working hand-in-hand with your coaching colleagues to grow a valued coaching service
- Engaging in and running peer-to-peer learning events to cultivate our amazing team members and transition them to a new way of working
- Creating repeatable learning opportunities and artefacts to grow our in-house Agile capability

**About you & your skills**:
We’re looking for a human-focused and energetic Enterprise Agile Coach, whose passion is guiding teams and cultural transformation.

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience working in an Agile Delivery and/or Coaching capacity within a large scale environment
- Facilitation experience of Agile Training, Design Workshops and Quarterly Planning to name a few
- University degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline along with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Strong capability in collaboration tools across Atlassian and others
- Experience in cultural transformation desirable.
