**Duties of an Arranger Conductor include**:

- Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.
- Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutionsImplement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family

- Have a professional attitude, have empathy and compassion towards people
- Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
- Have a sense of fulfillment in helping families in their grief whilst maintain composure and professionalism
- Have experience in customer service, aged care, hospitals, not-for-profit, event management and other care industries are beneficial, however not essentialPossess a full, unrestricted, driver’s license
