- **Communication**: Maintain strong communication with store team members to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and expectations.

- **Exceptional Customer Experience**: Proven ability to create positive and memorable customer interactions.
- **Availability**: Flexible with full-time availability, including late-night trade and weekends.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year as a Store Manager or similar, with strong sales experience. No prior technology experience required You will be trained on all technical aspects of the role. All you need is your exceptional leadership and people skills.
