Long term day rate contract with hybrid work flex. Rolling 12 months. Opportunity to work with growing team on the largest public sector Salesforce implementation in Australia. Reporting to the Director of Solution Design Services, this role is the bridge between Solution Architects developing High Level Designs and Epics, and 4-5+ cross-functional delivery squads with SCRUM Masters, PO’s, Developers and QA Testers.

**Role**

Essentially the role will work with Domain and Solution Architects to translate High Level Design (HLD) and epics into user stories and acceptance criteria for the cross functional delivery squads. The environment is large and complex with 13,000 internal and 500,000 external users. The organisation has implemented Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Lightning, Community portals, and Industry Solutions. This is a great opportunity to gain skills and experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio. You’ll be working across multiple business branches and engaging with Architects, Testing, Development, Environment and Support teams.

**About YOU **
- 5-10+ years technical experience in the Salesforce eco-system in large enterprise / corporates or government (circal 5,000+ users)
- Technical background bordering on Solution Architecture and Salesforce Design
- Experience developing user stories from Epics across Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Communities
- Experience developing Acceptance Criteria
- Certifications in Salesforce and demonstrated commitment to developing a career in Salesforce Architecture and Design
- Agile expertise - SCRUM, sprints, epics, stories, acceptance criteria, estimation, backlogs, retrospectives
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills to run workshops and design sessions, run SCRUM ceremonies at times
- Proof of Australian Citizenship is mandatory.
