**About the role**

CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay is seeking a Specialist Lead for our Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) program to provide clinical oversight and support to Caseworkers and Clients of the program.

This is a Permanent Part-time position, working 30.4 hours per week. (Flexibility to work hours across 4 or 5 days per week.) Working From Home option may be considered.

**Duties**
- Provide Crisis Management advice and guidance to staff to manage their cases safely and in the best interest of the families we assist
- Effective and supportive staff supervision
- Ensure program reporting and compliance needs are met

**Requirements**:

- Experience in supervising and training of multi disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated networking and advocacy skills
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations
- Criminal History Check and Working With Children Check
