Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Storeman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse and showroom. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a well-organized storage system will be essential to our team’s success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment or internal use.
- Ensure warehouse and stock areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and replenishment of materials as needed.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of stock and orders.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods as required.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or storeman role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25kg
- Forklift certification and driver licence is a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
