**Kitchen Staff Wanted - Dumpling Restaurant**

We are a friendly dumpling restaurant looking for **experienced kitchen staff** to join our team

**Main Duties**:

- Steaming dumplings
- Deep frying
- Basic prep work (e.g. cutting, mixing, organizing ingredients)
- Kitchen cleaning and maintaining hygiene
- Communicating with front-of-house staff to keep things running smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Experience with **Asian cuisine** preferred
- Must be **reliable, responsible**, and willing to work **long-term**:

- Tasks are **straightforward and easy to learn**, but require consistency and care
- Good **team communication skills** are a must

**Work Hours**:

- **Lunch shift**: 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM (no break)
- **Dinner shift**: Starts at 5:00 PM, ends around 8:00 PM (earlier or later depending on how busy we are)
