Landscaper / Construction Tradesperson

We are looking for a skilled Landscaper or Construction Worker that is reliable, motivated, fit, and able to carry out work autonomously and safely. You need to be reading plans and capable of understanding instructions. This position will require the ability to lead a team in the future, so you need to be skilled and trustworthy with a passion for quality workmanship. If you are experienced and able to work autonomously, then we would be keen to have you join our team.

The job involves a mix of hard and soft landscaping, plus some construction work. We do everything from concrete, retaining walls, garden construction as well as house renovations and additions.

We do a wide variety of work so every week is different. You will be involved in everything from concrete preps to pours, retaining walls, fencing, paving, bricklaying, general building to bathroom renovations and full property extensions with our highly experienced team.

Nation Landscaping is a subsidiary of Nation Quality Construction Pty Ltd a licensed builder in Adelaide and you will work on domestic and commercial landscaping and construction projects as well as residential building construction, so you will need to be able to learn and grow your current skills with us.

Must Have:
Ability to perform physically strenuous tasks

White Card

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in construction industry

Proven ability to carry out varied construction works

Proven ability to manage projects unsupervised

Excellent work ethic, physical strength and fitness

Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Impeccable attention to detail

Own transport

Job sites are all over Adelaide, so MUST have your own reliable car/transport.

We are looking for someone with previous building or constuction experience plus also a white card and safety awareness.

We’re growing and looking for someone who can hit the ground running and either immediately or eventually lead/supervise their own small team on projects.

Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications. We need a full time employee. Your wage rate will be reviewed regularly.

Immediate start available.

Work ute will be provided to supervisory roles after a qualification period.
