Primary School Tutor

We are currently recruiting for professional, enthusiastic and capable tutors who are passionate about education. **Students currently completing tertiary studies in the field of Education are highly encouraged to apply.**

**About the role**:

- Multiple casual and part time roles available
- Paid on-the-job training will be provided before you will teach classes independently
- All class materials are provided; no after-hours work

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Current Employee Working with Children Check number, or willingness to obtain.
- Must have been personally enrolled in Australian schools for the majority of their Primary and High School years.
- Must be available from 4 pm on at least 2 weekdays
- Excellent literacy or numeracy skills
- Proficient time management and organisational skills.
- Completed tertiary qualifications relating to Primary or High School education, must have been received in Australia.

**About our school**:

- We offer English, Writing, Maths and Exam Preparation courses for Primary and High School students
- We operate from 4pm - 7:30pm Monday to Friday and all day Saturdays.
- Classes have a maximum of eight students.
- We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and caring environment, fostering meaningful education for all students.

- All materials including teacher's answers are provided

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
