Site Foreman/woman

Reporting to the Project Supervisor & Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Supervision and delivery of jobs from $200K to $2M
- Compliance with WHS & Quality policies and procedures
- Sub-contractor management and compliance
- building, Carpentry, and fit-out tasks, variable other construction-related tasks when required.
- Building Trade Qualification or Tertiary Qualifications
- Experience in a similar roles and commercial sectors
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Project Management software highly regarded

Book Subcontractors and Explain the scope of work to Subs

Study all Drawings and make sure Construction and finishes as Drawing

follow the Schedule in the online Project management system and make sure the project continues as scheduled and finishes on time

Report Daily logs in full Details

Communicate with the project management team, Subcontractors, Clients and Solve Problems during Construction

check all selections chosen by the client to make sure it's working technically and make sure all are delivered on time.

report all defects left by subcontractors in writing and attached photo

**Salary**: $76,422.34 - $96,002.97 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Central Coast Gosford NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
