**About The Role**

We have an opportunity for a customer focused and self motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team at Glenelg, to provide support to our Counter Managers, working across a number of brands including; Estee Lauder, Clinique, Clarins, Elizabeth Arden, Jurlique, Lancome, L'Occitane and a variety of fragrance brands.

You will be a sales focused individual with a commitment to ensuring every interaction is a positive one, as you help to build a solid client base through customer satisfaction whilst demonstrating your passion for all things beauty

**In This Role, You Will;**
- Provide friendly and professional customer service and advice on a range of health and beauty products
- Assist our customers with makeup colour matching
- Suggest complimentary products that meet customers needs
- Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Assist with coordinating product launches, special events and/or promotions
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, whilst keeping up to date with the latest skincare and beauty trends
- Have a commitment to building and maintaining a valued client base
- Assist with managing inventory and ensure displays are merchandised appropriately

**Your Experience, Skills & Attributes;**
- Previous experience working as a Beauty Consultant advantageous
- Application of makeup and skincare products
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Inventory management
- Sales and up selling experience
- Industry and brand knowledge, with a willingness to learn
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours across 7-days of trade
- Qualified (or working towards) Makeup Artists and Beauty Therapists encouraged to apply
