**About the Role**

As a **Procurement Administrator** you will be an integral part of our growing team. In this role, you will support our procurement processes by ensuring the integrity of data and records management, database administration, service contract management, generating reports, invoice validation, and contributing to various procurement projects. You'll be a key player in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- **Asset Management**- Regularly review and maintain the Asset Management System (AMS) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of records.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to conduct asset verification and audits, ensuring the integrity of the system.
- **Service Contract Management**- Manage the timely maintenance and renewal of service agreements.
- Assist in updating service contracts and ensure mínimal downtime by monitoring equipment performance across vendors.
- **Relationship Management & Teamwork**- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and continuously improve processes, always seeking innovative solutions.
- **Administrative Support**- Assist with other administrative duties, including invoice validation, document filing, and supporting the Procurement Category Manager with day-to-day operations.

- **Role Requirements**:
- Practical experience in managing asset management systems or related database administrative processes is desirable.
- Understanding of procurement, service contract administration, and records management is a plus.
- Experience in a healthcare or medical equipment environment is highly regarded.
- **Qualifications**:
- Intermediate IT literacy (MS Office and ITS), with strong Excel skills preferred.
- Formal qualifications in business administration, procurement, or a related field are desirable but not essential.
