Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Order Processing:
Assist with processing customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and helping track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Product Knowledge:
Keep up to date with our products and gaming technology to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers and support informed purchasing decisions.

Warranty Claims:
Handle warranty claims and product returns, providing customers with clear instructions and assistance while adhering to company policies.

Product Listings:
Assist in updating and maintaining product listings on our website, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.

Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex matters to higher management when necessary.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as sales and inventory management to deliver seamless service to our customers.

**Requirements**:
Previous customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or technology-related fields).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

A genuine interest in or experience with gaming computers and technology is highly desirable.

Friendly, professional attitude with a strong customer-first mindset.

Knowledge and experience with PC troubleshooting ranging from components to operating systems (eg Windows).

Basic proficiency with customer service tools and order management systems.

Pay: $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
