At Collar group, we are looking for FIFO UTILITY workers, utility workers that have experience looking for a better work life balance and consistent work and also those who are looking to launch a new career
- A variety of swings to suit your lifestyle - 2:1, 9:5, 1:1
- $27-$34 per hour plus penalties, plus public holiday rates.

**So what is the deal?**
We have partnered up with a variety of clients who need great utilities Now if you don't have experience, don't stress, as long as you have a strong work ethic you WILL be able to carve out a career in this FIFO field.

Utilities are the all-rounders of the sites. Ranging from cleaning to kitchenhand to bar work. Your job is to be versatile and flexible in all of these roles

There will also be a need to assist the on-site broader team as required, with day and night shifts available so you must be flexible to do both.

We are looking for people who want to get
**started** in the FIFO industry or even those of you who are
**experienced** and are looking for a change, wanting consistent swings or more competitive rates. Partner with a company who cares about you

**..But I have no experience?**
That is perfectly fine Our Client will provide 2 days of training to prepare you for your career in the FIFO industry. The training will help you gain an understanding of FIFO life and do's and don'ts. If you are looking to get ahead financially and not be apart of the rat race, then APPLY

**Great What do I need to know and do to get started?**
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Be able to pass Drug Screens every 28 days
- Current Police Check - 6 months
- Fly-In-Fly-Out **from PERTH**:

- Photo I.D
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Last but not least a **STRONG WORK ETHIC**
