Due to the organic growth of the agency & clientele, they are currently scaling their team as they look for a Paid Social Manager, who enjoys the freedom and is willing to lead and take charge of Social Advertising strategies by using their initiatives

You will work very closely with the Managing Director who came from global agencies background, and is here to challenge and redefine an “agency”.

**The Opportunity**

This exciting opportunity will allow you to put your creative hat on to navigate & strategise Paid Social Ads best practices across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest & TikTok Being the key hire for the agency, you’ll be very much supported with all the resources to help you to be successful, including existing copywriters, account managers as you focus on exploring latest strategies

You will spearhead & implement ideas for clients across different, as well as mentoring an aspiring Digital Executive under your wing who you’ll enjoy bouncing ideas off with

Whilst you are working as a SME within Paid Social in the business, you will also work very closely with SEM, SEO & other channels to ensure the possibility for omnichannel campaigns, and cross-pollinating ideas to achieve maximum campaign effectiveness for the client.

Coming in as a mid-weight Paid Social expert, you will be owning this role as you further develop your career and shape this role into your own

**The Requirements**
- 2-4 years’+ Paid Social experience across Meta and/or LinkedIn, Pinterest & TikTok
- Analytical in nature, with a test & learn mentality
- Comfortable with end-to-end Social Ads implementation from strategizing, targeting, executing, tagging, tracking and reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and be the voice of Paid Social as you educate stakeholders on best Social Ads practices
