**We are currently looking for Personal Support Workers in the Parkinson, Browns Plains, Park Ridge, Logan Reserve, Jimboomba areas to assist our clients with**:

- Meal preparation
- Shopping
- Provide transport and accompany client within their community and to appointments
- Provide social and personal support
- Domestic duties

**About You**

**About the Role..**
To provide culturally appropriate support to people who are aged, people living with disability and their carers, through provision of supports as detailed in the client “Support Plan” and “Task List”. To promote and maintain client’s independence, respect their dignity, choice, control and privacy. To develop and maintain a safe and professional relationship with clients while understanding and being respectful of their individuality and diversity.

**To be successful for this role**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability
- Hold a valid Driver’s License,
- Have a reliable and registered vehicle and comprehensive insurance
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Have current Manual Handling Certificate (will need to obtain while in the screening process)
- Be reliable and available to work mornings, afternoons and evenings
- Have good communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (can obtain during screening process)
- Hold a Working with Children’s Check (can obtain during screening process)
- Must be willing and able to travel 30-35 min to and from client’s homes.
- Provide proof of covid vaccinations
- Provide proof of flu vaccination
- _All successful applicants will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid as an inherent requirement of the role._
- _All applicants are required to undergo a National Police Check and provide evidence of right to work in Australia_
