What we’re doing
With us, you’ll experience interesting, challenging and varied work. In this phone-based role, you will develop relationships that ultimately help shape and develop the business of the real estate agents you speak with.
Day to day, you can expect to:
- Be up for some variety as no two days are the same- Plan ahead to maintain and build relationships with 100+ customers- Be the primary contact for a territory of customers serviced primarily from the REA office for both proactive and reactive sales-
- Manage retention and selling solutions, not products, to our customers- Work alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team
Who we’re looking for
To set yourself up for success in this role, we will want to know that you can:
- Adapt and thrive in an evolving environment- Demonstrate success in a previous sales role (if that experience is over the phone, that will be highly regarded)- Understand the real estate industry (whether that is from working in real estate, being a tenant, landlord, homeownerwe don’t mind, as long as you can demonstrate this understanding)- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in a high-pressure, busy environment- Communicate effectively: you will be comfortable having sometimes challenging conversations and adapting your style to our customers- Understand the importance of team in a sales environment
