**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Looking for a team player with strong consulting background to join us play an exciting role, consultation to clients.
- Work on Incidents, Service requests, enhancement work, problem tickets functional Consultant for the implementation of PeopleSoft Time and Labour module.
- This is a Full-time role working directly with the customer technology and business teams and involves connecting various support teams across the landscape of PeopleSoft Cloud.
- PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll product is already in use and is now planning to put Time and Labor module in order to bind the Pay and Leave entitlements to actual time and allowances and there by improve employee experience and comply fair labor laws.
- Project teams adopt Agile practices such as daily stand ups, iteration planning, retro, etc.
- Provide thought leadership and come up with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with Business SME’s to support the implementation of PeopleSoft Time and Labour module.and associated process changes
- Attend meetings, conduct workshops as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on all project phases for PeopleSoft Time and Labor, including fit/gap analysis, configuration, and testing
- Assist clients in fully integrating the PeopleSoft Time and Labor system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices
- Gather requirements and lead workshops
- Interpret the regulatory requirements and work closely with HRIS team for formulating the time and absence rules
- Study the existing system integrations and develop a robust integration solution for Scheduling and Rostering
- Work with the project team throughout the build and testing cycles through to the successful deployment
- Liaise with Oracle support for any delivered bugs and selective adaption of patches
- Build project handover documentation (technical and functional) for BAU support teams
- Work Agile way and plan Story cards & arrive at the acceptance criteria with the customer teams and technical team
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
- Configure the PeopleSoft Time and Labor system to meet each client’s unique business requirements
- Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering PeopleSoft HR, Payroll and Time & Labor solutions (Australia & NZ payroll)
Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent work experience in PeopleSoft HR Application 9.2 Time and Labour (minimum of 2 years)
- In depth knowledge of Time and Labor Rules, Configuration, and Troubleshooting
- Minimum of five years PeopleSoft HR & Payroll experience (PeopleSoft version 9.2)
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft Time & Labor
- Upgrade and implementation experience
- Ability to work on all project phases
- Good understanding of time reporting, including reported time, scheduled time, and exceptions
- Good understanding of Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Taskgroups and Rules
- Understands integration of Time & Labor with PeopleSoft Payroll
Knowledge of Global Payroll is desirable. Absence management is assumed default skill.
- Experience on Fluid and latest Peoplesoft frameworks is a plus
- Strong Query & basic level of PeopleSoft analytics
