**Our Client -**
Our client is meat abattoir specialising in quality beef providing Australia wide and internationally. Proudly they are Australian owned and operated with a Factory based in Cooma.

**The Role -**
Due to the re-opening of our client facility they require a maintenance fitter to assist with maintaining and repairing a range of equipment within their factory to ensure the efficient performance within their meat processing factory.

**Duties and**
**Responsibilities -**
- Include but not limited to -_
- Maintain, service and repair Abattoir equipment.
- Investigating failures and making recommendations to reduce risk and improve systems / processes.
- Report major mechanical faults to Maintenance supervisor.
- Complete preventative maintenance on all plant and machinery.
Adhere to current WHS policies and ensure the safety of yourself and others.

**Selection Criteria -**
- Mechanical / or trade qualification
- Forklift license (Beneficial)
- Welding skills
- Hydraulics knowledge
- Ability to work individually and within a team
