Barista / All-Rounder - Chambers Fine Coffee, Miranda

Chambers Fine Coffee in Miranda is looking for an energetic and experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our vibrant team. If you’re passionate about coffee, love connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Coffee Making: Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks with consistency and speed.
- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
- All-Round Support: Assist with food preparation, table service, cleaning, and general café duties as needed.
- POS Handling: Process orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: At least 6 months in a similar barista or café all-rounder role.
- Coffee Knowledge: Strong understanding of coffee-making techniques and machine operation.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and peak trading hours.
- Legal Status: Must have the right to work in Australia.
- Attitude: Reliable, fast learner, and enthusiastic with great communication skills.
