Who are we?

The Banksia tree cafe and restaurant is a 55 seater brunch cafe in heart of Port Adelaide.

What’s the role?
A capable and accomplished barista and people person, who can both give and accept feedback and understand the workings of a busy cafe.
Working solo on the coffee machine, adjusting the grinder and tasting the coffee to ensure a high quality, preparing batch brew and serving guests. Following all directions from team leaders.

What experience should I have?
Barista/free pour latte art. 1-2 years working in a busy cafe. Previous Ordering experience and people
Be available weekends and 1-2 days during the week. This position is approx 15 hours a week.
Be aligned with our values Local-seasonal-sustainable. Good work ethic. That’s all

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.90 - $56.00 per hour
