**Role**:

- You will be the team leader and responsible for your scaffold crew members whilst on shift.
- You will take direction from your Supervisor for the scope of work sand provide instructions and direction to your team.
- You will be responsibility to uphold the health, safety standards for all team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years working as an Advanced Scaffolder and 2 years experience working in a Leading Hand capacity
- Proven previous mine site or construction experience
- High Risk Work Licence (Advanced Scaffolding)
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug test
