**Content Creator (Marketing & Photography)**

For the past 30 years, millions of happy Australians have chosen Spendless as their preferred footwear retailer. With over 200 stores around Australia and a suite of brands under our belt including Wildfire, Vybe and Olympus, the right applicant will get to be a part of our driven and successful digital brand team.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a self-motivated, attentive, and creative content creator to join our innovative branding team. If you love creating content and have experience in graphic design, photography/video editing and are ready to learn, grow and expand your creative skill set (and don’t mind hearing the team chant the latest TikTok sound over and over), we want you You will embrace our brands and focus on creating different pieces of content across various social platforms whilst assisting in other areas of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and produce engaging content for digital and social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, including organic and promoted ads
- Contribute to regular team meetings on ways to drive social strategies to help improve brand awareness and channel growth
- Photograph stock for our e-commerce platforms and manage editing processes with offshore suppliers
- In-house graphic design tasks where required
- Report to Digital Content Manager weekly
- Work closely with the Digital Content Manager, Social Media Coordinator and Head of Brand & eCommerce

**Here’s what we are looking for**:

- Experience in a creative and content focused role
- A degree in graphic design, photography or similar (not essential, but highly regarded)
- A burning desire and passion for making relevant creative content for social media
- Knowledgeable of various social channels such as Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook and understanding best practices for content creation, engagement and growth
- Proficient in Adobe Creative programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of photography and lighting equipment
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines without compromising design creativity or attention to detail
- The ability to forward plan and be highly organised
- The ability to work positively and effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Professional communication skills to represent our brand in all day-to-day communications both internally and externally
- Confidence and great social skills in order to lead models and photoshoots when required
