**Key Responsibilities**
As an **Exercise Physiologist**, you will:
- Develop and deliver tailored exercise programs to support clients with physical, developmental, and emotional goals.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals to create holistic care plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments to identify the physical needs and capabilities of clients.
- Provide education and guidance to families and caregivers to promote engagement in physical activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in line with NDIS requirements and organisational standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions.
**What We’re Looking For**
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A degree in Exercise Physiology and accreditation with ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia).
- Experience working with paediatric or NDIS clients (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and families.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- A current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
