**About the role**
- Plan and deliver high-quality, child-led programs aligned with EYLF and NQS
- Create calm, engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Support each child’s individual development through purposeful play and hands-on learning

**What we’re looking for**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- 4+ years’ experience in early learning (Australia-based)
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF and Montessori-inspired approaches
- Up-to-date First Aid, Asthma/Anaphylaxis, Child Protection and a WWCC
- Kind, calm and confident team player
- Intentional in their planning and reflective in their practice
- Passionate about the early years and committed to ongoing learning

Pay: $37.50 - $42.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
