**Pharmacy Dispensary Technician/Experienced Pharmacy Assistant looking to up skill - Boronia Discount Drug Stores**

About the Role:
Our team is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic dispensary technician or an experienced pharmacy assistant seeking to become a pharmacy dispensary technician to work alongside our friendly pharmacists in delivering excellent customer care in our aged care division. The role will encompass many tasks including dispensing, ordering, DAA packing using an automated packing machine, stock control, assisting with patient medication changes and other pharmacists supporting tasks.

Successful Pharmacy Assistant applicants must be willing to become a Pharmacy Dispensary Technician. The pharmacy will enrol and sponsor the successful applicant in an accredited dispensary technician course.

Hours of work will be between 9:00am and 5:30pm on agreed weekdays. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Selection Criteria:

- Team player and shows ability to communicate clearly with our professional and multi-disciplinary team
- Adequate computer skills
- Proactive and reliable
- Experience in DAA packing (preferred)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Sufficient product knowledge of general medicines, S2 and S3 medicines, vitamins and general health products
- Proficiency in FRED Dispense and Fred Office (preferred)
- Must have S2/S3 certification
