**About Us**

Established in 2008, Mederev is an innovative provider of Residential Medication Management Reviews (**RMMR**) and Quality Use of Medicines (**QUM**) clinical pharmacy services. Mederev provides best practice medication management for aged care residents.

Join a friendly team in a great location as Support Team member with Mederev. You will support our accredited pharmacists by managing the collaborative referral process between Mederev and participating doctors to meet legislative requirements. Your role will assist in workflow allocations to Mederev’s Accredited Pharmacists, in addition to assisting with general administration, and responding to client and/or external stakeholder enquiries.

You will be responsible for reconciling referrals with outgoing and incoming data packs, liaising with doctor’s requests as well as supporting the Pharmacist team with administration. The role also includes establishing and editing new client policies, education and other relevant Mederev education, in addition to maintaining and managing data on Mederev’s intranet.

The head office is located in Moorabbin and features **free parking and gym, **working from home options also available. Permanent part time with flexibility with working hours, between 30 - 35 hours per week.

**Minimum Criteria**
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Time management skills and ability to excel under pressure
- High level of attention to detail

**Highly Regarded Criteria**
- Experience in **XERO** account software to support our Finance Manager
- **Pharmaceutical** or **aged care** exposure
- Knowledge of medications
