**Position Information**:

- Competitive hourly rate + penalties
- 10hr shifts
- Work times: 1430 - 0030 Monday - Thursday, 1530 - 0130 Fri - Sun
- Workdays: Monday - Sunday
- Location: CBD + Perth Metro Area
- Industry: Corporate and Government
- Paid week of training
- Assignment type: Casual
- Weekly pay cycle
- Excellent customer service
- Clear communication skills
- A strong desire to advance in the security industry
- Hands on and proactive approach to work
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-regulation and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work in challenging environments
- High levels of emotional intelligence
- Enjoy working in a small team

Next training intake is March.

Once training is complete, you will be paired up with an experienced Protection Officer on shift, aiding them in revenue protection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing a security presence
- Performing both static and patrolling services
- Inspection of passenger tickets
- Following training procedures
- Providing excellent customer service
- Conflict resolution
- Completing incident reports where applicable
- Assisting Transport Officers

**Position requirements**:

- Western Australian Security Officer license
- Provide First Aid certificate
- Crowd Control experience (desirable)
