**About the role**:
Working within our Finance Team, and based at our new office in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, the Accounts Receivable Officer (Home Care) is principally responsible for the provision of timely and accurate accounts receivable, primarily client billing and banking functions in Uniting AgeWell’s accounting package.
- Setup of complete and accurate debtor records
- Requests to raise invoices are entered promptly into the system
- Provision of accurate accounts receivable data when requested
- Maintain an effective, efficient and accurate fees and charges database
- Ensure resident and clients fees and charges information is accurately updated in a timely manner
- Undertake accurate and timely resident and client billing and refunds
