**About the role**

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for creating, optimising and delivering user[1]centric experiences across various touchpoints within the Workforce Management Directorate, ensuring a consistent and positive customer journey.

This Customer Experience Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to create a supportive, user[1]focused processes and interactions through research and design. Aligning with the Strategy for Public Education and the departments values. by providing seamless and engaging user experience.

**Qualifications**

**Essential**: Nil

**Desirable**: A tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.

***Special conditions**

The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.

The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

**Remuneration**

ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading
