**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll take charge of managing an exciting portfolio of clients across aesthetics, technology, food and beverage, lifestyle, and urban living. Build strong media and client relationships, smash campaign goals, and make magic happen — all while working alongside a Senior Account Manager, mentoring a Junior Account Manager, and getting support from your dedicated Account Executive.

**You’ll also**:

- Develop creative strategies and pitch them with flair.
- Keep clients and media smiling with genuine, results-driven relationships.
- Guide campaigns from start to finish, always pushing for those “wow” moments.
- Stay ahead of PR trends and make bold ideas happen.
- Be the person clients and media _love_ working with.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 4+ years at a Sydney-based PR agency with a track record of delivering results.
- **Remote Savvy**: Confidence in navigating remote team setups and thriving in a flexible work environment.
- **Creativity Meets Tenacity**: You bring bold ideas and the energy to make them a reality.
- **Relationship Builder**: Strong, genuine connections with clients and media are your superpower.
- **Leadership Vibes**: You’re confident mentoring, guiding, and inspiring others to do their best work.
